What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is extremely competitive for one main reason. We look to build relationships not take on jobs. We treat all customers with a high level of customer service and oftentimes because of that we expand our business through referrals and word of mouth.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first thing we do is have the customer feel 100% comfortable that they made the right decision with us. We explain everything that we will be doing on the project and we do not take any deposits or any form of payments until the project is completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated from college with a degree in telecommunications and consistently read and keep up to date with all technological advances.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always had a passion for technology. I have a love for technology and how it can simplify one's life, and also how technology can help beautify your home. With all the changes that occur daily in technology advances, I get more and more excited to bring that to my company and my customers. I wake up every day and look forward to what I do and I ensure that all my employees share the same vision and passion that I have.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I can honestly say that I have worked with a wide variety of customers. I have dealt with customers that have a true understanding of technology and we are able to talk the same lingo and I had customers that did not have any clue about anything technology related. Regardless we maintain the same level of service ensuring that each customer receives the red carpet treatment and has a complete understanding of what we were able to do for them.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a project that we completed recently where a customer had an older projector mounted that went bad. This customer was concerned because he had this system installed over 10 years ago and did not want to cut into the walls to run updated HDMI cables. We were able to recommend a wireless 4k projector for him which was a night and day difference from the previous system and also upgrade his universal remote control to work his devices that were located in a separate media closet. The customer was so happy with our work and recommendations that he proceeded to have us network his entire house.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look and listen for who is most passionate about what they do. We take pride in not just treating a customer as a customer or a job as a job but treating a customer like a part of our family and the job as doing something we love.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their projects?

Our goal is to ensure that each customer receives recommendations based on what they are looking to accomplish. We take the vision and goal of each customer and find creative ways to enhance and exceed our customers' expectations. We ask for our customers to think about what their visions are for the project and then we look to move forward.
